Fiori, Giuseppe

Gramsci Togliatti Stalin

Roma-Bari: Laterza, 1991, 205 p.
Consists of three essays. The first (pp. 3-103), which gives the book its title, deals with the controversial question of the relations between Gramsci, Togliatti, and Stalin. The second (pp. 105-40) discusses Gramsci's private and political solitude with much information on the Schucht family. Ita title, «L'universo affettivo di Nino», has the same title as Fiori's essay of 1987 but here the material is much enlarged and revised. The third (pp. 141-95), entitled «Sardegna, le radici: Gramsci "federalista"?», concerns his "sardism" and regionalism.
